Alamo Flea Market, Texas
Alamo Flea Market is one of the largest flea markets in Southern Texas with over 1,700 spaces. They converted from a manual system to Booth TrackerTM in January 2009. Alamo Flea Market has over 20,000 customers per weekend, and primarily has vendors who sell new merchandise, imports, gift items, antiques and collectibles, lots of locally made and Mexican crafts.

I-75 Super Flea Market (Ocala, Florida)
The I-75 Super Flea Market, located in Ocala, Florida is one of Florida's newest, largest, and most modern flea markets with 1,300 lock-up, covered and blue-sky booths. The Market currently attracts 10,000 to 12,000 shoppers weekly.
I am C. Ray Greene, III, an owner of the I-75 Super Flea Market. We have no affiliation with E-SoftSysTM other than being a user of Booth TrackerTM.
Once I became aware that Booth Tracker is Microsoft Certified, I knew that Booth Tracker met the highest standards in the software industry. We contacted the Booth Tracker team and said, "Let's get started." This was a very wise decision on our part.

Installation of Booth Tracker took place on Thursday morning, December 7, 2006. Implementation and training took place on Thursday and Friday. We were operating Booth Tracker "live" on Saturday and Sunday. After completing the Booth Tracker implementation I told Kat Shenoy, President and CEO of E-SoftSys, "How in the world did we ever manage the Booth Rental functions without Booth Tracker?" I will tell you. We did it with a lot of unnecessary paperwork, time, expense and many rental mistakes. Prior to implementing Booth Tracker, we maintained pieces of information in Excel, pieces of information in Word and the remaining information on lots of paper.

Additionally, thanks to the implementation of Booth Tracker, we were able to locate and create six additional lock-up spaces from previously empty market space. Inclusion of these spaces into the Booth Tracker System more than paid for the cost of Booth Tracker. Just do the math: $225 per month for six spaces!

7 Mile Fair, Wisconsin
7 Mile Fair, located in Caledonia, Wisconsin, is one of the largest and most respected indoor/outdoor fairs in USA with over 1300 spaces. 7 Mile Fair converted from their DOS based legacy system to Booth Tracker in April 2004. 7 Mile Fair has a total of 10 work stations using Booth Tracker, two at the gate, two in their main office, two at the Market Square building and two at the Expo building and one used by the CEO Scott Niles and one by the General Manager Barb Nelson.
According to Mr. Scott Niles, owner and CEO of 7 Mile Fair, "I did not realize what we were missing until we implemented Booth Tracker. I wish we had implemented Booth Tracker years ago. I am highly impressed with the rich features that Booth Tracker has to offer such as quick and easy daily rentals at the gate by scanning vendor's drivers license, check in function for reserved vendors, thermal receipts printing, multi period discounts, color coded graphical layout, various management reports etc. We were live on Booth Tracker with in three weeks of signing the agreement. Pacific Theatres Corporation, located in Los Angeles, California owns a total of 10 swap meets and over 40 theatres in California, Hawaii and Washington and is one of the largest swap meet owners in USA. Pacific implemented Booth Tracker, the management software from E-SoftSys, and MobilRental, the wireless rental system from E-SoftSys at two of their swap meets located in Vineland and San Fernando in August 2003. Vineland was previously using DOS based FSI system.
According to Gary Rollins, General Manager at Pacific Theatres, "Pacific Theatres belong to the CA Swap Meet Association and I had an opportunity to check out Booth Tracker references with other association members. I heard positive things about the Booth Tracker product and their support services. I am impressed with E-SoftSys ability to listen to customers and add new features quickly and cost effectively. Hartville Marketplace
Hartville Marketplace, located in Hartville, is one of Ohio's largest flea markets with about 1200 booths and over 700 vendors. Hartville Marketplace signed up for implementing Booth Tracker in early 2002.

Lauderdale, FL is one of the largest flea markets in the world and converted from their DOS based legacy system to Booth Tracker to significantly improve their booth reservation processes. Rice's Market
Rice's Market, Inc., located in New Hope, PA, one of the oldest and largest flea markets in USA, needed a customizable graphical layout of their market to show available booths to their vendors. The Booth Tracker system provided them the ability to see open and rented booths through a graphical interface and made it easier for their vendors to choose locations.
